IBS Welcomes New Team Members

Zach Bene

Ohio native Zach Bene joined the Cincinnati branch a couple weeks ago as an account executive. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he was captain of the rugby team for three years. Zach has a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. As someone who enjoys being social and creative, he especially likes the relationship-building aspect of the field.

Now residing in Milford, Ohio, Zach is the proud father to a new baby. When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing sports, watching Game of Thrones, listening to music (especially Linkin Park), and catching up with his friends.

Although he hasn’t been at IBS long, Zach has enjoyed his experience so far. “IBS has been a place where everyone is very accommodating,” he says. “You can tell they take care of their employees, and ultimately do everything to help set you up to be successful.”

Grace Clark

Born and raised in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, Grace Clark is the newest recruiter at the Milwaukee office. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, where she was active in Adventure Races and her sorority, Gamma Phi Delta. Immediately following graduation, Grace attended graduate school at Mount Mary University, receiving a Master’s in writing.

When she’s not busy recruiting or taking care of her dog and cats, Grace enjoys reading (her favorite book is Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen), writing, listening to One Direction and Bruno Mars, going to musicals, watching Survivor, and cheering on the Packers and Brewers.

Although she’s only been at IBS for a couple months, Grace has found her experience as a recruiter immensely positive. “I’ve worked many contract jobs before becoming a recruiter,” she says. “Remembering that I was once a contractor has helped me provide the level of service and understanding that I wish I got when I was a contractor. There’s nothing more satisfying than knowing you made a difference with helping someone in their job search and placing them in a job they love.” Grace particularly enjoys IBS’ workplace culture. “The people here at IBS have been absolutely wonderful and I love what the company stands for,” she adds. “And having a short commute doesn’t hurt either!”

One more thing: if anyone has any connections who can get Grace a starring role as Christine in Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, let her know.

Justin Kimling

South Lyon, Michigan resident Justin Kimling is the newest account executive at IBS’ Detroit branch. He received his undergraduate at Michigan State University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has season tickets to MSU’s football games, and tries to go back as much as possible in the fall. Justin has really come to appreciate the social aspect of his field more. “I love working with clients to help them reach their business goals through their IT initiatives,” he says. “This career has allowed me to meet a ton of great people and make friends all across the US.”

As a father of five, Justin doesn’t get much free time, but when he can sneak in some time for himself, he likes working out, listening to old school hip hop, and watching sports, Impractical Jokers, and Daredevil. He also coaches his three young boys in sports and enjoys spending time with his family.

Although Justin has only been at IBS since the end of July, he has great things to say about his experience so far. “What brought me to IBS was how family-oriented they are,” Justin says. “And the focus they put on being great partners to their clients and consultants is also really important to me.”
