Business Challenge
A provider of individual accident, life and health insurance employs a rating and application processing system used by field sales agents who sell the company's worksite insurance policies. The client needed to replatform the application due to its lack of scalability to meet growing business demands, and its difficult and costly application support. The client also needed to standardize on a consistent technology platform.

IBS provided a turnkey solution. The application development/replatform was implemented on a .NET platform using C# and SQL Server as the database.
Client Benefits
The application meets all of the client's business goals and lessens maintenance costs by .5 FTE's. Although the project required a significant extension of the original timeline, the client was pleased with the software end product and engaged IBS to add additional functionality. |
