Business Challenge
The business realized that its current intranet lacked the functionality that would provide new business and growth opportunities. Dated content, lack of use and the cost to maintain the intranet were further detriments to the existing site. With the proper architecture and design, the client knew it could realize significant ROI on a new SharePoint site that provided collaboration, workflow, access to existing assets and other features—and give them a site that would meet their needs for the next 3-5 years.

In the assessment phase, IBS analyzed the current site and performed an in-depth assessment of the business and worker needs. IBS was able to identify content types, roles and business processes. From that information, IBS created workflows for the efficient creation, maintenance, publication and consumption of those assets.
