Bob Kloss | Vice President, Oakbrook

Vice President, Oakbrook, VMS

Bob Kloss may be a VP now, but it's been a long road to this point. He's been with us since the beginning. He joined IBS in 1985 as a recruiter, just a few short years after the company was founded in 1981. He started as a recruiter, gaining experience working under Dan Williams and learning the business of IT consulting.

"During that time, I learned the value of extending exceptional service to our clients and our consultants," Bob said. "I had a lot of fun each day as the company grew and I was able to grow with it - both through strong business cycles and harsh economic downturns."

It's this extensive experience with helping build our company from the ground up that makes Bob one our most valued members.

When he's not working with our clients, Bob enjoys golfing, watching Chicago sports, playing softball, and spending time with his family. His daughter is getting ready to start her freshman year at the University of Missouri, and his son is entering his sophomore year of high school.
