Desktop Support Analyst


The Desktop Support Analyst provides technical assistance to computer users. This position requires a broad knowledge of general PC support, including workstations, laptops, printers, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer user questions and resolve computer problems for clients in-person, via phone or electronically
  • Resolve hardware and software issues
  • Escalate and refer major hardware or software problems to vendors
  • Set up equipment for employee use
  • Develop training materials and procedures
  • Maintain records of communications, problems and remedial actions taken
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a support role
  • Broad exposure to all aspects of IT support
  • Associate degree or higher
