On-site Support

In addition to a team working with you from India, we also provide on-site project managers to help facilitate an ongoing relationship between our offshore resources and your onsite team. This onsite support also aids in the implementation process, and can help overcome any language barriers that may exist between the offshore and onshore team.

Transparency & Control

Most offshore providers will provide you a solution, but you have no input throughout the process, you never meet the team, you have no oversight. With daily stand up meetings and open lines of communication, you have the ability to oversee the entire scope of the project every step of the way.

We prefer to keep you involved throughout the project life cycle and make our offshore developers as much a part of your team as your in-house staff. We make sure you know all of the developers working on your projects, and treat them as part of your team, not as a black box of developers.

Low Turnover

As a result of treating our employees as members of your team, our turnover rates are extremely low. We pride ourselves on paying well and providing a work culture that our employees want to be a part of. For example, since 2009 we’ve only had two turnovers at one of our largest offshore clients, which is significantly lower than turnover rates for onshore resources. Frequent turnover requires training and ramp-up as new people join your offshore team, causing you to lose out on the biggest productivity benefits of moving offshore.

Much like any onshore team, an offshore team must learn your business and procedures and become a fully integrated part of your team. Efficiency and productivity increases with time as your offshore resources gain expertise in your business, thereby providing you with a business model that fully reaps the benefits of offshoring.
